Strawberry and Mango Smoothie

This Strawberry and Mango Smoothie Recipe is easy to make and delicious and healthy to drink. This recipe makes quite a large glass or two small drinks.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe mango, peeled and sliced

  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries

  • 1 cup low fat milk

  • 125ml low fat strawberry yogurt

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately.
