Peach Mango Smoothie

Smoothies are an easy way to get a daily dose of fruit & dairy. Because they can be made with almost any fruit, you can make them taste just the way you like.

This smoothie can make a quick breakfast drink or can be served with our pikelets with caramelised banana. Feel free to substitute the honey for golden syrup if you like.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low fat milk

  • 2 peaches, peeled and sliced

  • 1/2 mango, sliced

  • 1/2 cup low fat yoghurt

  • 8 ice cubes

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until combined.

  2. Serve immediately in your favorite glass.
