Coconut Water Mango Drink

This coconut water based drink is both healthy and refreshing, with the added benefits of oats and almonds included.


You can omit the honey if you like but we think honey adds a lovely flavour to this drink.


Ingredients

  • 250ml coconut water

  • 100g fresh mango cheek

  • 2 tsp. honey

  • 20g oats

  • 5g slivered or sliced almonds

  • Ice


Method

  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until all the oats have combined.
