SAINT GERMAIN

INVOCATION: Thou Infinite Presence of all Love, Power, and Freedom! We bow before Thy Great Majestic Throne. This symbolizes America's Freedom — the Freedom of all Children of the Earth in the Cosmic Radiation of the "Mighty I AM Presence," whose seed is being planted in the minds of mankind.

祈请：祢是一切爱、力量与自由的无限临在！我们俯伏在你威严的宝座前。这象征着美国的自由 —— 地球上所有儿女在 “强大我是临在” 的宇宙光辉中所拥有的自由，其种子正播撒在人类的心智中。

So shall all be raised into that Higher Consciousness of True Freedom, Unselfishness, Love, and Adoration to God for the Great Privilege of Life. As the True Understanding of Life means and is God in Action, so may all mankind feel the Sacred Privilege of the Use of Life, and conform to that Harmonious, Loving, Adoring Consciousness of their Source and of each other — thus enabling the True and Mighty God Power to reign in all Activity, as was intended in the beginning.

THE DISCOURSE 

ARCTURUS 

In this Activity that for some years has taken place for the Blessing of America, We from the Higher Vision see the mighty changes that are taking place. While it is as yet but partially manifest in the outer activity of mankind, yet from the Inner Standpoint there is the steady forward movement that means the certain release of sincere individuals from the binding power of limitation.

This day there has taken place the Activity of the Three Times Three, and of the Seven Times Seven. For seven weeks, Seven Cosmic Rays will govern, consciously directed by Seven Beings from out the Great Central Sun. These will be held at various Points of Focus in the United States to strengthen, to bless, and to adjust that activity of mankind which is necessary to their quickening and further progress. It is not only necessary, but it is commanded to be done.

Seven other Rays are focused — one in England, one in France, one in Germany, one in Italy, one in South America, one in Mexico, and another in Alaska. It is hoped by this to bring about the necessary adjustment and harmonization in international activity. It is only now that those in authority in America are beginning to awaken to the fact that, heretofore, they were being made pawns of and moved about by a force they did not understand, and caused to do things that they would afterward regret. This is making possible Accomplishments which We scarcely hoped for as possible.

另有七道光束已锚定 —— 分别位于英国、法国、德国、意大利、南美洲、墨西哥与阿拉斯加。此举旨在推动国际事务的必要调整与和谐。如今，美国当权者才开始醒悟：此前他们一直被一股未知力量操控，如棋子般任其摆布，被迫做出日后追悔之事。而这一觉醒，正让我们曾不敢奢望的成就成为可能。

It has been most gratifying to Us to have been able to use the "Century of Progress" as a focal point where all nations of the Earth send their representatives. So, you will understand that the "Century of Progress" Activity was not just an idea in the outer mind of a few men, but holds a deep underlying Purpose that is being utilized to its utmost. Great Ones from Venus, through Their Balance of Love and Power, are giving Great Assistance.

Private: Thursday, July 3, 1933, at twelve midnight there began a great Gathering in the Retreat at the Royal Teton. Try to put your bodies to rest by eleven o'clock so that you may participate and witness the Use and Power of the All-Seeing Eye, which has been only put into operation once every hundred years. [Note: In the present cycle, the Outpouring of the All-Seeing Eye takes place every six months, in January and July.] This Retreat is the only place where this particular Activity takes place for reasons that you will one day know and understand. Oh, that mankind might understand the importance of holding themselves within the Harmonious Activity of thought and feeling, knowing that only in this manner can the Fullness of God's Power act. This would hasten so much the things that are to be accomplished.

To Donald: My Son, as you appreciated the aerial navigation and activity yesterday, yet will you see such transcendent activity of that kind in the coming years that you can scarcely believe possible at this time. As the power of political selfishness is broken down, it will release into use improvements, inventions, and discoveries in all lines that will step up the progress of such industries from one to two and three hundred years.

The activity of the sinister force that spread its subtle suggestions among mankind, is fast being dissipated; and We trust another war that was being contemplated will be dissipated before it can find action in the outer world.

Never in the history of mankind has such power for good been placed in humanity's hands to use, as the Power from the "Mighty I AM Presence." While this Nucleus of the intense Activity and Idea of this "Presence" seems small indeed, yet is Its Radiance spreading beyond your fondest human conception. The Students who with determination continue to hold fast to the "Presence" and to Its Use, shutting out from the human sense all human, self·created limitation, will come to know a Freedom — a Power to radiate and project that Freedom to bless all with Its Power, in such magnitude as the outer cannot yet possibly comprehend.

在人类历史上，从未有过如‘强大的我是临在’这般的力量，能被人类握于手中并运用于善。尽管这‘临在’的密集运作与理念核心看似微不足道，但其光芒正以超越人类最美好想象的速度扩散。那些决意紧握‘临在’并践行其力量的学生，若能将人类自我创造的局限排除在意识之外，终将知晓何为自由 —— 一种光辉并传递自由的力量，其以外部世界尚无法理解的宏大量级，藉由这股力量祝福万物。

It is only because the Wheels of Cosmic Progress have reached a point of Universal Rhythm, that stupendous Activities for the benefit of mankind are possible.

正因为宇宙进化的轨迹已抵达普世节奏的关键点，才使得造福人类的宏大运作成为可能。

Warning: The individuals who become channels for destructive expression are unfortunate indeed; for not only do they destroy themselves, but they deceive their followers, leading them into the quick sands of misconception. I want you to know that I congratulate Saint Germain on the Work that He has accomplished among these few Students, and upon the remarkable manner in which He has enabled them to become aware of and use the Energy of the "Mighty I AM Presence." He said it would be accomplished and He is proving it true. How the Students are blest who are receiving this Knowledge! I trust they may fully appreciate and comprehend It. How unfortunate are those who doubt Its reality or authenticity. More and more necessary is it for you to draw the Seal of Harmony about yourselves and your home, so that the Loving Harmony keeps the channel clear.

Great changes are taking place within the currents of the waters of the Earth; and for the first time within the history of its creation it is possible to harmonize the Activity of the waters and the land. Each of these bodies gives forth a vibratory action as yet not understood, but which will ere long come to be known and utilized; and truly can it be said now, more than ever before, that all things are truly work- ing together for good.

地球上的水域洋流正发生着巨大变化；在地球创生以来的历史中，首次有可能实现水域与陆地活动的和谐。每一片水体与陆地都释放着尚未被理解的振动作用，但不久之后，这些作用将被认知并加以利用；如今确实可以说，万物比以往任何时候都更真切地在协同向善。

Thou Mighty Seven Cosmic Rays that are doing Thy Work within the Sphere of Earth! In Thy Radiance of Pure Love, fill all the Earth, its waters, its air, its ethers, consuming the mental creation of mankind which they have generated for so many centuries — yea, cycles of time — so that the humanity of Earth may find its outer mind freed from the impact of its own creation — so that they may turn and go forth in Adoration of their own Great Light, the "Mighty I AM Presence," and there receive into themselves Peace on Earth, Goodwill to man. With all the Love of My Being I send this forth, not only in this record but in the Singing Record of the Ethers, to reach the Heart of mankind and lift it in Harmony to its Source, that it may bless and be a Blessing.

I am very pleased to have been with you again and to see how it is possible for you to generate enough love and determination to stand against the impact of the outer world and voice the Truth that makes all free. You know you must acknowledge a thing before you can receive it. Put all doubts of the outer mind aside and whip the human into obedience, and you will see abundant progress.

我很欣喜能再次与你同在，并见证你如何以充沛的爱与决心，抵御外在世界的冲击，宣说令众生自由的真理。 须知，唯有先承认某事物的存在，方能接收其力量。将外在心智的所有疑虑抛诸脑后，令人性归顺，你自会目睹显著的进步。

The outer self of human beings is the most stubborn of creatures. The human creation, by its demand for attention to the outer mind and body, holds its control; and this stubbornness has to be broken up. Each has within his or her "I AM Presence," the Power to put down all human creation and compel it into obedience to the "I AM Presence."

人类的外在自我堪称最顽固的存在。人性造物借由对外部心智与身体的关注需求，维系着其控制权，而这种顽固必须被打破。每个人的 “我是临在” 之中，都蕴含着降伏一切人性造物、迫使其服从 “我是临在” 的力量。

I shall now turn the Ray over to your Beloved Master and shall be with you again the first of the year. My Radiation is a Balancing of the Heart and the Head, or Love and Power. It is quite similar to Chananda's. In regard to the Class, My Work is Cosmic while His is Individual. The time has arrived when the humanity of Earth must come to a greater sense of Balance between those two Activities. The intellect of mankind in official positions has run away more and more, shutting out the Feeling of the Heart that would enable them to consider It and enable greater justice to be done. Chananda's Work with the Students in assisting to balance this Activity will enable them to become Invincible against the impact of the outer world. No words can possibly estimate the value of such an accomplishment.

此刻我将光流交予你所挚爱的大师，并将于新年开始再度与你同在。我的光辉能量是心与脑、爱与力量的平衡，与查南达（Chananda）的能量颇为相似。就课程而言，我的工作面向宇宙整体，而他的工作侧重个体层面。如今地球人类已到了必须在这两种能量运作间达致更深层平衡的时刻 —— 身居权位者的智性日益偏执，将心之感知拒之门外，而唯有心之感知能让他们兼顾全局、践行更宏大的正义。查南达协助学生平衡这股能量运作的工作，将使他们在外在世界的冲击面前无坚不摧 —— 这般成就的价值，实非言语所能估量。

SAINT GERMAIN

Question: "What relation do the constellations have to the Elohim?"

问题：“星座与 Elohim之间有何关联？”

Saint Germain: A constellation is, of course, much less than the Power of the Elohim. It is, in other words, much stepped down from Their Activity. But an advanced, consciously operating Being or Individual from any one of the Spheres of Activity is consciously in contact with the Elohim.

圣哲曼：当然，星座的力量远不及 Elohim 的力量。换言之，星座的能量运作是 Elohim 活动的一种降维显化。然而，任何维度中进阶且有意识运作的存有意识体，都能与 Elohim 保持主动联结。

The individuals or Students who will hold steadfast enough to the "I AM Presence," will find themselves able to go forth, observe these greater Inner Activities, and bring Them forth consciously into their use. When you see through the Activity of a thing, you then have a full comprehension of it.

若个体或学生能坚定持守 “我是临在”，便会发现自己得以深入观察这些更宏大的内在运作，并将其有意识地运用于现实。当你透过表象洞察事物的本质运作时，才能真正全面理解它。

The "I AM Presence" has the Fullness of all Activity within Its Consciousness; but in order to bring It forth, the individual must, in most cases, have some use of the Inner Vision to release the Fullness of Its Activity. 

“我是临在” 的意识中本就蕴含一切造物的全然力量；但在多数情况下，个体若想将这股力量显化，需借助内在视觉来释放其完整的运作潜能。

Use the 'I AM" Statements of Jesus often: " I AM' the Open Door to all Revelation!" " 'I AM' the Resurrection and the Life!" So if "I AM" the Resurrection and the Life, what else is there to take place in your Life? If you can enter into this with steady, calm certainty, you will find definite changes taking place.

常运用耶稣的 “我是” 宣言：“我是开启一切启示的大门！”“我是复活与生命！” 倘若 “我是复活与生命”，你的生命中还有何事需要发生？若能以坚定而平静的确信融入这一认知，你会发现明确的转变正在发生。

" 'I AM' the All-revealing Presence of the Great 'I AM'!"

" 'I AM' the Light that lighteth every room I go into!"

" 'I AM' the Discriminating Activity of the Great 'I AM Presence'!"

“我是伟大‘我是’的全然启示的临在！”

“我是照亮所至每一处空间的光！”

“我是伟大‘我是临在’具分辨力的运作本身！”

We have long since learned not to pay any attention to appearances, but to go into the Heart of things and there rest.

我们早已懂得，无需在意表象，而是要深入事物的核心，并在其中安住。

Use often: " I AM ' the ever-present Healing Power consuming all things that tend toward discord!"

常念此言：“我是那永恒存在的疗愈之力，消融一切趋向不和谐的事物！”

" 'I AM' the Invincible Presence and Protection about her or him, wherever the body is!"

“我是他/她无论身处何方，皆被环绕着的无懈可击之临在与守护！”

The All-Seeing Eye Activity at the Retreat: It is a Tremendous combined Activity at the Retreat. You may know It is of very great importance because of the shorter length of time between the Outpourings.
